Sanitary Measures (as of 03/01/22)
THE VACCINE PASS (sanitary pass from 12 years old to 15 years old) IS COMPULSORY .
It must be presented on arrival at the arena and will result in the installation of a colored bracelet. Without a bracelet, no participant will be able to start a race.

Online entries from July 21, 2021 via Sportorama (payment by credit card).

Upgrades are allowed.
On the other hand, no sub-classification is allowed, except to enter the Open Violet long and short, Orange, Yellow and Blue races.

SPORTident card renting
The rental of an SI card is € 5. A deposit of 50 euros will be requested at reception. In case of loss, the card will be billed to you 50 €.
Outfit
The PROVOM 2022 t-shirt will be free for any registration to the pack (included in the registration fee). The model is available in men’s or women’s cut.
Sizes (woman, man and kid styling) :
- Kid : 4/6 ans, 8/10 ans, 12/13 ans
- Woman : S, M, L, XL
- Man : XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL
Medical certificate
To participate in a competitive orienteering race (except the leisure race), you must:
- hold an annual competition license 2022 issued by the French orienteering federation. No other sports license will be accepted;
- OR, for non-licensees, be in possession of a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of orienteering in competition, or to sport in competition, dating from less than one year (photocopy accepted). Your medical certificate will allow you to issue an Orientation Pass.
For minor non-licensees, instead of medical certificate (orienteering or sport in competition, dating from less than 6 months), you can provide an attestation.
The medical certificate (or the attestation for minors) must be sent before February 7, 2022 to: provom@sportorama.fr
Please note : for runners who are not FFCO licensees, any incomplete file (medical certificate or attestation not sent before the registration deadline) will automatically switch to a leisure race (not timed).
Cancellation and refund
In the event of a COVID-related cancellation (decided by the authorities or the organizer), we will refund the full registration fee paid (excluding bank charges).
If the events are canceled for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the registration fees.
Cancellations made (by decision of the runner) before 07/11/2021 will result in a refund of 80% of the registration fees.
Cancellations requested between 08/11/21 and 07/02/22 will result in a deduction of 50% of the registration fees.
No refund will be made from February 8, 2022.
We will make any refunds from April 1, 2022.
