Upgrades are allowed (without limit) above H/D20 (included).
On the other hand, no sub-classification is allowed, except to enter the Open Violet, Orange, Yellow, Blue and Green races.

– The only constraint is to pay for your group/club on the day of registration.
– Any unpaid registration is canceled the day after it is entered.
SPORTident card renting
The rental of an SI card is € 5. A deposit of an identity document (Identity card, passport, driving licence) will be requested at reception. In case of loss, the card will be billed to you 75 €.
Outfit
The PROVOM 2027 t-shirt will be free for any registration to the pack (included in the registration fee). The model is available in men’s, women’s or kid’s cut.
In case of size problem, an exchange between runners is planned for Friday and Saturday, at 2 p.m., on the arena in front of reception.
Sizes (woman, man and kid styling) :
- Kid : 4/6 ans, 8/10 ans, 12/14 ans
- Woman : S, M, L, XL
- Man : XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL
Medical certificate
To participate in a competitive orienteering race (except the leisure race), you must:
- hold an annual competition license 2027 issued by the French orienteering federation. No other sports license will be accepted;
- OR, for non-licensees : a medical self-declaration without answer NO (available in your Sportorama personal space by clicking on your name in the list of entrants) , or a medical certificate must be sent before February 14, 2027 to provom@sportorama.fr
Please note : for runners who are not FFCO licensees, any incomplete file, February 14, 2027, will automatically switch to a leisure race (not timed).
Cancellation and refund
If the events are canceled for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the registration fees.
Cancellations made (by decision of the runner) before 14/11/2026 will result in a refund of 80% of the registration fees.
Cancellations requested between 15/11/26 and 14/02/27 will result in a deduction of 50% of the registration fees.
No refund will be made from February 15, 2027.
