“Long sprint” training (3.7 km, 170 m+, 25 controls, orange level) in the old centre of the village of Volonne (10 km south of Sisteron and 5 km south-east of Aubignosc). The course has a map change (double-sided A4 printing) and it is possible to shorten it.
Same cartographer as for the Prologue map. The terrain partially resembles the PROVOM competition area (stairs, narrow alleys). The training is open without restriction during the PROVOM week. There are no control markers in the terrain.
There is some traffic in the area, be careful. Respect the traffic rules code, private property, and other people in the area.
You can also use this map to visit the beautiful old town, or climb the Clock Tower which dominates the village and the valley.

A limited number of maps will also be on sale at the PROVOM event centre (price €4.00) but within the limit of available stocks. The acquisition of maps via omaps.io is therefore recommended.
The training maps are the property of the “Ligue PACA de Course d’Orientation”.
You buy access to the map (personal use license), not the map itself.
Each runner using a map must pay their usage fee via the omaps.io website.
You are therefore not allowed to share the map with other people.
