The Model Event area is open for the whole duration of the PROVOM (with controls placed in the terrain) from Thursday to Sunday. The terrain is special, technical and spectacular (and sometimes spectacularly steep), and it is located close to the competition area on Friday (MD day 1).
Don’t forget to pick up your map at the event centre (in Sisteron on Thursday or at the arena on Friday – Sunday).
The map is included in the pack (if you have registered for all 4 days). If you have not registered for the entire competition, you can still buy the map at the event centre – price €5 (limited stocks).
The Model Event offers a MD course 5.1km violet level (with several shortcuts possibles) at a scale of 1/10000 (printed at one side of the map) and yellow and blue courses (suggested order of the controls) on a map of all controls at a scale of 1/7500 (printed on the other side of the paper).
