- Please note, there are no toilets at the start, nor on the way to the start. Please use the toilets at the arena.
- Possible clothes drop off, but no return to reception before the very last starts (minimum 16:00).
- Categories with free start time (please, do not forget to punch the start unit at the start line) : WM10 Shadowed, W10, M10, OPEN (all levels), Loisir (leisure)
Finish :
- There is no water in the arena provided by organizers, only apples in the finish.
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO GO BACK TO THE AREA AFTER THE RACE. Thank you for your understanding.

Terrain :
- Mediterranean forest with numerous gullies, steep slopes and cliffs.
- Partly the same competition area as the last day (day 3). You might find some control markers (piece of paper with a date and a code and without control stand and flag) near some of the controls of the day 2. The controls of the day 3 in the overlapping part of the area, will be placed in the terrain only after 16:00 on Saturday.
Safety rules :
- Shoes with metal studs recommended.
- Be careful : don’t approach the edge of high cliffs.
